hi everyone, the other day i had acid relux really bad up into my throat i could feel it burning now for the last 2 1/2 days my throat has been really sore and i am constantly clearing my throught and swallowing alot! is there anything i can do to make my throat feel better? i have been drinking a ton of water but it doesnt seem to be helping much

really? that is a great tip! thanks chikki....i hate this sore throat, i would almost rather have the lump in my throat, at least it seems more tolerable
I cant say Id agree with you on that one... i have this lump on my throat and I trade it anytime for a sore one (although i prefer neither of them)... alot of times the lump seems to be blocking my airways and I thought Id die of suffocation. I would always gasp for air specially at night just as I am drifting of to sleep
