Itchy/Irritated Chest

Hey. I know Ive posted this before but its driving me nuts. Does anyone get a weird dry skin feeling in the chest? Its there almost all the time and I know its not dry skin because the outside is fine. It gets irritated by my shirt or even water in the shower. Its so irritating!! Does anyone else get his?

Re: Itchy/Irritated Chest

Scott,

You described what I am experiencing right now. I think we get this more when we are really stressed. I know exactly how you feel. Its very irritating.

Thanks..

Re: Itchy/Irritated Chest

So far I noticed 3 things that will trigger this for me.

1. Stress & Anxiety
2. Lack of adequate sleep
3. Constipation

Did not find a solution yet, but once things get better, it goes away, but Its not under my control.
Keeps coming and disappearing.

I am on Nexium 40MG once a day for the reflux.
Mine is silent reflux for sure.

Try to find out what triggers this for you and try to avoid them if possible.
I know its not easy to avoid Stress in life.
Good Luck.
