SandyR Newbie (female) Join Date: Jul 2003 Location: Maryland Posts: 1	Prevacid and weight gain? I have been taking Prevacid 30mg. for about a month and have noticed weight gain and bloating. I stopped taking it for a week because I had minor surgery and was on a lot of other medications. I lost almost 10 pounds! As soon as I started it again, I gained over 6 pounds in two weeks. Has anyone else experienced weight gain while on Prevacid?
