What is this?Heart attack symptoms

Sometimes for no reason I will get this feeling in my chest like someone is squeezing my heart. It hurts so bad and if I drink cold water it stops hurting.I can feel it like it's a bubble washing down.I had several episodes yesterday and this morning I woke up and my chest was hurting.I took a zantac and it pretty much went away.It also hurts up into my throat. It's not a burning like heartburn, just a very bad pain.I never know when it's going to happen or what causes it.Anyone know what this could be?I don't have any other heart attack symptoms like pain in the left arm or numbness.I would just like to identify it without going to the doctor as I have no insurance.
Thanks

Check out this board on esophageal spasms, sounds like it might be that. THEY FEEL LIKE YOU MIGHT BE HAVING A HEART ATTACK, THAT IS IF YOU DON'T KNOW BETTER.

Not to scare you, but women do not have all the typical symptoms of heart attacks as men. If you are worried that it could be your heart, you should get yourself to the ER ASAP. The only way to rule out heart problems/heart attack is to go to the ER and not on a forum. Any chest pain should be evaluated by a doctor.
