Acupressure

Has anyone ever tried acupressure to help with reflux?
I've got to admit I am more than a little skeptical about it?
I guess there's a point in the wrist they call it P6 that effects nausea and vomiting. Looks like a number of studies have confirmed that it is of some help for conditions such as morningsickness, seasickness and post operative nausea and vomiting. Now some also believe it could be benificial for gerds. They use a wristband called a sea band to stimulate the P6 point on the wrist. Just wondered if anyone had tried it or heard about it.
