Sitting up right, breathing problems
Was at work today and all of a sudden i had this sharp kind of attack, felt like i couldnt really breathe properly. Ive never had this sitting up, only lying down. Anyone else experienced this?

Breathing problems is my worse symptom of LPR, I hae it ALL DAY, I feel like I cannot get a good breath in, I am yawning all day to try and get that satisfaction. Usually its even worse if I have eaten fried foods.

Hi there would the sharp ain you mentioend me in the centre of your chest sternum area? Wish l could help more lm still learning (wish l didnt have too ) and what is Lpr please?
