If a person (me
-is trying to lower their dairy intake (to find out if I am having a sensitivity too it) -- what can I replace it with.
I mean, instead of milk - is there a non-dairy alternative to use with my cereal or to make smoothies with etc.?
How about to replace cheese?
Also, I am going to start eating whole oat oatmeal for breakfast - and enjoy it made with milk - what should I substitute for that?
One other thing - any non-dairy Yogurt out there - or something to replace that?
