LPR and Neck Pain

I was dx with LPR about 18 months ago when I began having wheezing and a metallic cough. At the time I took ppi's for about 6 wks, modified my diet and the symptoms resolved. Beginning around two weeks ago I developed weird , pleuritic type pain on my left side which was worse with inspiraton, along with the intermittent wheezing and coughing (I never had any other symptoms of reflux). The inspiratory pain has resolved but I now have left sided lateral neck pain which is worse when I bend over. I can reproduce it as well by palpating but there is no adenopathy. I have no problems swallowing. Can the neck pain be due to LPR? I am going to followup with my ENT for repeat endoscopy, but the pain is worrisome. I am a 45 yo non smoker or drinker. Thanks in advance for replies.
