| Side Effects??
I have just been diagnosed with Gerd. The doctor has put me on Pantopazole.
Since I have been on it (5wks) I have severe pain in my back. Also I noticed a lot of flatulence since being on this pill.
The severe pain in the back is awful, can barely get out of car or chairs, but I have had only 1 Gerd attack since I have been on it.
The Gerd pain that I get is when I eat, it feels like I swallowed a cough drop whole. The pain goes all the way slooowly down hurting all the while, then gets stuck in between breast.
Since I have already had a heart attack, I knew it wasn't that.
