Nexium (or something like it), along with a strict diet. You can also have internal bleeding from it. FLFLOWERGIRL

How did they confirm that you have gastritis? Did they perform an endoscopy and took biopsies?

yes endoscopy and they took some stomach polyps and biobsys

depends on the cause

peptobismol can help, by virtue of its coating action

acid suppressing medications (Tagamet, Zantac, Prilosec, Nexium) can help if it is related to excess acid
