I was like this for a while. Got to the point that the anxiety of not knowing what would happen after each meal wasn't worth it to me. Still, I forced myself knowing that not eating was not a good idea. For a while I was still losing weight and I thought I was eating enough but after keeping a food journal I found out I wasn't.
Anyway, yeah, even now I still wonder if I'll regret eating certain foods, but at least I know a lot of foods that don't (usually) cause issues (from the journal) and that takes a lot of the anxiety away. Good luck!
