What I eat does matter even if the research doesn't support it. Taking medications is a factor but when I don't take any then it appears to be some foods that cause the already irritation to get worse.
This is sort of what I eat-the sauces and dressings seem to aggreviate my stomach so I eat bland foods. I'm also mostly vegetarian but have to eat some dairy.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, banana , skim milk, or cream of wheat
snack: apple or applesauce or pretzels
Lunch: steamed vegies plain nothing on it, plain salad no dressing
Snack: bread plain or crackers
Dinner: soup or pasta with steamed vegies, no sauce, salad, fruit or frozen yougurt
now that I type it, it looks pretty boring.
