| Stopped my PPI side effects
For the last 3 years I have avoided PPI's most of the time because of the horrible side effects I have been getting. Lately my LPR has gotten worse (I think it's because of my HBP medicine increase but thats another story). Anyway I would stop eating at 7PM and take my PPI at 10PM. Wake up with horrible nightmares and feeling horrible physically. Anyway I have been on these PPI's for a week (with the same side effects as before) when we had Chinese food come in late, I was starving so ate it at 9:30PM. Guess what, no side effects at all. So even though your not suppose to eat late with Reflux I have to, to avoid the PPI side effects. So far I'm doing ok. but it's only been a few nights.
