What not to drink with lpr reflux

I drinl a moca each morning. Is that bad for my problem??

caffine and unnatural sugar will bother it. as soon as you wake up, drink a glass of distilled water and squeezed lemon juice. the caffine MAY not bother it then. try to use stevia as a sweetener
