 Hearing, clogged ears, reflux?
Besides the mucous, created by the acid reflux, very often, I feel as if my ears are clogged. It is similar to the feeling that I get in my ears sometimes when I'm on a jet. On a jet, I presume it is from the pressurization of the plane.
When this happens my hearing is noticeably diminished. I have to raise the sound volume of the TV about 10 points.
After a while (sometimes a short while, sometimes after hours) I feel my ears 'pop,' and they clear, and my hearing goes back to normal, the same as when I'm affected by the pressure on a jet.
Has anyone else noticed a correlation; the reflux influencing their hearing?
