Who gets pain in that circular spot where the bottom-middle of the pecs meets top of the abdomen (it's not actually circular, but trace a circle with your hand)? Why does it hurt like that? It is a post-work-out hurt feeling as if I had just done 100 crunches.
Is this a Acid Reflux issue? For those that claim that the meds took care of the Acid Reflux, did it also take care of the pain in the middle?
