For people who switched from Nexium to Aciphex
I'm currently on Nexium for almost 1 month now (1 pill a day). It has stopped the acid going up to my throat, but I still burp alot. I also have a lot of gas that I didn't have before. ALOT of gas. It is a side effect of the Nexium I believe.

Has anyone else switched from Nexium to Aciphex? Why did you switch? Which did you find helps you more?

I had to switch because it gave me alot of gas and belching plus it made my muscles hurt all over. I had gas before the pill but I had double the gas. All that went away when I stop taking it. I switched to Prilosec which is so much better. You have to try alot of them to see which works for your body because everyone is different.
