Gagging up water/Throat Coat

Ok, so tell me I am not the only one with this issue, but does anyone gag up WATER after drinking it? ie ANY fluid? used to be only carbonated stuff did this to me, now, its water, gatorade, anything. It is like I have this pocket in my throat in which food and beverage just sit there and then I have to gag it back up, no matter how well I chew my food or what I eat. Even crackers which don't cause heartburn and are easy to eat, they get "stuck" too. Its making pills really hard to swallow.

Sounds a lot like a "stricture" in your throat huh? Well, I had this, and an endoscopy to diagnose and "fix" this in my throat just last July.
