Digestive bitters - why not?

To some schools of thought, cancer is a disease of slow metabolism. If the body does not produce enough hydrochloric acid, enzymes, bile, etc. to digest foods, food is broken down through fermentation instead of normal digestion. Fermentation throws off gases that are the cause of abdominal rumblings and distention as well as toxicity. The majority of the gases do remain in the digestive system, they cause such diverse problems as heartburn, headaches, and muscle spasms, conditions that seem so different that the link to digestion is often not suspected.

Digestive Bitters are indicated for use in:

poor fat digestion, poor protein digestion, weakness due to chronic illness especially with a bacterial or viral infection, loss of energy and vitality,
painful digestion, intestinal cramps, excessive gas, irritable bowel syndrome, anemia, excessive craving for sweets, fats, and carbohydrates, immune disorders where nutritional deficiency is present, poor appetite,
digestive weakness due to mental overwork and lack of exercise.

We noticed a differance in how we felt after the very first time we used
Digestive Bitters.

Re: Digestive bitters - why not?

Antacids and acid blockers are the second largest selling drug class.

This stems from out dated thought that acid reflux is from to much stomach acid.

But the fact is that these drugs can actually make the condition worse by neutralizing the remaining acids.
