carbonated beverages?

Does anyone else have trouble with carbonated drinks? I drink a couple of cans of caffeine-free soda a day, and wonder if it's making the reflux worse.
Thanks!

My doc told me that I should avoid anything carbonated. I had to stop drinking sodas completely and switch to juice and gatorade. I'm glad I quit drinking sodas too, because I believe that it did help alot with my reflux.

Good luck to you!

If there is ever a question of whether soda is good or bad for you, you can almost guarantee that it is bad for you.

Re: carbonated beverages?

I actually find that lemonade helps me. Drinking large amounts of water at once makes me feel worse.
