Does anyone else have trouble with carbonated drinks? I drink a couple of cans of caffeine-free soda a day, and wonder if it's making the reflux worse.
My doc told me that I should avoid anything carbonated. I had to stop drinking sodas completely and switch to juice and gatorade. I'm glad I quit drinking sodas too, because I believe that it did help alot with my reflux.
I went without soda for three month and then we had steak sandwiche one day and I just had to have a Pepsi with it and was I sorry.I can't even discribe the soar throat I got. So I quit. It's not woth it.
