Possible Heartburn?

Hi guys.

I have been suffering from a burning sensation in my chest, well below my breastbone for quite a while now. It usually occurs after i eat, commonly between 1 and 4 hours after. I get this during the day (not that noticable) but also at night.

It also doesnt matter if i eat healthy (a salad) or not, and the amount does not make a difference either. Usually when i wake at night i take a swig of anti acid which relieves my symptoms almost immediately. Im getting tired of waking up at night. Does this sound familiar to you guys and do you have any suggestions, links i can look at.

Thanks a bunch.

Re: Possible Heartburn?

best thing would be to see your doc. then helicobacter pylori can be ruled out or treated. Otherwise the correct meds can be prescribed for you.

Re: Possible Heartburn?

Hmm, thanks for the response. I guess this would be the most prudent thing to do right now!
