| Is it reflux? or food allergies? or both?
For the past 3 years I have struggled greatly on and off with reflux, food allergies and indoor/outdoor allergies. Sometimes I am trying to figure out if my food allergies and other allergies are causing my cough and mucus, or if it is just the reflux causing all this? Or that they feed off of each other. I just can't seem to get this under control. It is a CONSTANT struggle and I spend my days coughing, clearing, worrying about my breathing etc...
