I am in tears this morning because I just can't take it anymore. Its a vicious cycle. My year round allergies just get the best of me and they trigger my acid reflux. I lost my insurance a month ago and had to stop my allergy shots. It looks like I am going to get low income insurance now. Thank God.
But my mucus in my throat is out of control. I have a lump on the left side of my throat again. It comes and goes and with the flare up its like something swells in there, like a gland. Then if I move my neck the wrong way I get intense pain and have to stretch and get it to unlock. I heard a loud pop this morning and then the pain left.
My other symptoms are trouble breathing, needing to get a deep breath, burping, hiccups, burning and a little acid coming up. You know all the symptoms. I haven't been on my Prevacid for a couple of months but I am ready to start it again. I am taking Probiotics and rapidly changing my diet but I am just so tired of dealing with my allergies and reflux. Just so weary...my anxiety is out of control from this.
