| If PPIs Bother Your Throat...
I've been on Kapidex for over 6 weeks to help treat the EE I have gotten possibly from reflux and it really bothered my throat, as did the Nexium I had taken in the past. It never really helped my acid reflux much and only made my throat feel worse- been off it 3 days and already waking up with virtually no sore throat. Is it possible I do not have enough stomach acid and this is the reaction you have from it? Hard to get a real answer out of these docs. and they are always skeptical when you suggest low stomach acid...
My digestion has been kind of off for a while - hard stools/constipation - is this a sign of low stomach acid? I felt really good in my throat and chest recently when i had diarrhea for a week.
