I've been on Protonix since May 20th 2012. 40mg 1-per day. I can't stand the leg cramps, nervousness, can't concentrate. Can I quit cold turkey?

Yes you can quit cold turkey, but if you need a GERD medication the symptoms will come back so you might want to choose another medication to switch too.

After reading the side affects of mine, I do everything natural - I wouldn't jack your body up more. I am taking Bio-K Strong and Digest Spectrum Enzyms. When I feel the effects of the Acid Reflex burning my stomach, I consume a large Ginger drink from my local juicer store. I am not wealtjy - I make about $1,200 every two weeks but I refuse to let this affect my life with meds thst destroy other parts of the body.

P.S - I did attempt to take them but I ended up with the chills and thats when I said no way. I went onlune,, googled side affects, and sure enough, that was one of the side affects - not including worse one like bone loss, etc.
