I am going to begin a journal today noting my exercise, what I eat, and when the nausea begins, or ends. I have already figured out that the nausea ends after consuming the vinegar, but I want to see if sny foods trigger it, or lack of food in my stomach.
Great idea to keep a food diary. Also cummulative stress can have an impact on the GI system. Note if particularly stressful things happen on certain days when you feel more nauseous.
Caffeine, red wine, chocolate, sodas, probiotics and lots of carbs seem to be my most consistent triggers. Rose
