Healthier Choices

For those who have followed My post I wanted to let everyone know that I am 90% better by ”Juicing” fruits & vegtables, consumung ACV, Probiotics daily, Aloe Vera, Ginger for the nausea and by regular exercise. I took one pill given to me by the Dr. gave me when I first came down with this yucky stuff. But by using all the above remedies listed above, I feel human again.

Glad you've been able to make it work! Matter of fact, diet and lifestyle changes do work for many people with GERD. Not all but many, and it's great to hear a success story.

That is great news! Have you also eliminated certain foods from your diet? Could you give me a sample menu of what you eat on a typical day along with which fruits and veggie juices you are having? Also how much probiotic do you take? My reflux is getting worse and I'm feeling desperate. Thanks.

Stopping alcohol was the key for me. That and lots of fruit and veg and cooking from scratch has made me better by 95%.

Happy for you. I never drink alcohol, so that's definitely not a trigger for me.
