Anyone else? Please answer

Does ur acid reflux symptoms seem worse if ur hungry? Is it better if u eat a little several times a day? How do u deal with the symptoms?

Yes, it is recommended to eat several smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger ones. Not to overeat at one sitting.

Have you been diagnosed with A.R as a stomach ulcer and a hiatal-hernia can cause similar symptoms.
If you are not respondng to OTC medication then you may need a PPI such as nexium.
You are best eating smaller meals and more often.

oh wow... i was just thinking about this today! I've been on an exclusive green juice diet for 2 days, just to see how my symptoms would be with something simple and healthy. You know, just summer squash, kale, celery, carrot.. nothing acidic, all freshly prepared in my juicer. And, sheesh, let me say, that my LPR symptoms were much more prominent. This LPR.. it's the worst, you can't eat "bad" food, and you can't eat healthy. This disease is unconquerable!
