EASY CURES for reflux and LPR

Good gosh, I am so angry! this is not a "disease" at all!

1) Pine nut oil. 1 tsp on an empty stomach upon awakening and, before bed. Chase with glass of water. Continue for a month,

2) APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. I tpsp morning and night diluted heavily in a huge glass of water. Some ppl add honey. Drink up. You will be cured within a few weeks.

DO NOT listen to BIG PHARMA. They are all about drugs, greed, money, treating symptoms and NOT ROOT CAUSES.

Get to a Naturopathic doc. Pls.

Thanks.

Re: EASY CURES for reflux and LPR

Some of us are really poorly with acid reflux and I mean really poorly. There is no easy cure, believe me. It's wrong to give people false hope.

Re: EASY CURES for reflux and LPR

I had it VERY severely for 10 years, from age 27 to 37. ER visit severe. I've had 3 endoscopies.
I know what I'm talking about.

I'm pleased you're better, but do not believe for one minute that PNO and ACV cured you.

Why would I lie?

Geesh. You must be really brainwashed by Big Pharma and your incompetent doctors. Yeah, take those masking and toxic drugs (that are never meant for long-term use)!

Do what you want. I've been healed for several years now and very thankful!

I might give it a try.

What were you mail LPR symptoms?

Mine are globus, slight burning, difficulty swallowing.

I am thinking I might have some type of nerve damage (laryngeal sensory neuropathy), but not sure.

Re: EASY CURES for reflux and LPR

Tightness and spasms in throat (at times ER room visit severe). Difficulty swallowing. Burning in throat. Constant need to clear throat, as in over and over and still throat not feeling clear

Up all night at times due to a very nasty "pinching" feeling in my throat/vocal cords.
Throat pain. Sore throat.
Drinking Maalox out of the bottle and popping Tums like candy.
10 years of this crap!!

Are you suggesting that these measures will cure acid reflux?

Unfortunately acid reflux is a mechanical fault in the valve at the top of your stomach that keeps the stomach contents in place. Sadly there is no easy cure. Those of us who suffer do all the right things. I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I don't eat anything that upsets my stomach, I avoid stress, I've raised the head of my bed, I eat small meals, I never eat any time near bed time, I've lost 21pounds. I drink water, I've tried ACV, I need medication just to function. Thanks.

FarmGirl31 - It's always positive reading about someone finding a solution to their reflux problems. One thing I learnt in the 7 years I had Acid Reflux is that there is no one cure for all. Everyone's body is different, most people have different causes, but similar symptoms. A large number of people have managed to resolve their reflux by ACV alone, other haven't. Similar applies with the many multitudes of remedies that exist for the problem.

Re: EASY CURES for reflux and LPR

There are lots of easy cures for reflux. Not only medications but natural and home remedies as well. Of course, you should also modify your lifestyle and diet because it can be triggered by many factors. If it's persistent and the symptoms are severe, then you should find a good doctor and have it checked.

Re: EASY CURES for reflux and LPR

I certainly wish there was an easy cure for acid reflux. I have Barrett's Esophagus from the acid reflux I have had since I was 21. I am now 59. I have tried all the drugs, changed my diet, try not to go to bed on a full stomach as well. Unfortunatly I also have Fibromyalgia so it's very hard to not fall asleep on a full tummy. I have arthritis as well. I can't take anti-inflamitories for the arthritis due to the Barrett's. I am sure you can cure the acid reflux by changing your diet. But once the Gerd hits, I believe we are on our way to a more difficult problem.

Low pain all,
