Can talking aggrivate LPR?

I have LPR which is now more or less under control, i mainly get a burning in the roof of my mouth / throat (by my uvula and tonsil area).

i also ppi's and gaviscon advance which seem to be working good for me.

I find though when i talk a lot my throat feels aggrivated, is this normal seems my throat is a bit imflamed anyway?

does other lpr suffers suffer more burning in their throat the more they talk?

would be good to know, as i will find it odd if you don't as it will make me wonder why i am.

Re: Can talking aggrivate LPR?

I have LPR as well. Sometimes I have sore throat. When it's bad talking too much hurts more. There are good days when I don't have the burning problem. I notice that when I am relaxed I do not have this problem very much. I often want to ask the same question as well.

For me, talking definitely makes the burning/tightness worse.
