Do you find ur acid reflux is worse right before, and during ur period? Anxiety also seems to be worse when acid reflux is worse. I take 2 Zantac's a day but this time around, doesnt seem to be working as well.

Appreciate ur comments ...

My menopause is what made my reflux ten times worse. And yes, anxiety, stress makes it bad as well.
