Post Nissen Achalasia
I has a floppy Nissen two months ago. On day two I woke up with burning in right side of mouth. After top drawer manometry I have developed secondary achalasia, which is where the muscles in the esophagus don't work as well to push foood down. Manometry shoes no LES relaxation which is really the cause.
I have had 2 20mm baloon dialations with no improvement, perhaps going bigger.
What I wanted to know is has anyone experianced this or similar.
