Talking My Chest pains story

I'd like to share this...

since I hope it can help someone else.

2 years ago, I started having bad chest pains, randomly. 2 years of doctors and my entire life savings later... No doctor could find anything. They recommended mental treatment. (Which I agreed to as well. They said it wasn't in my head)

My elementary school friend suggested prilosec. I tried it for a few months, and my chest pains went down by 80%. I wanted them 100% gone, since i was still very upset / sometimes have panic attacks when they did happen. I cant function at a job only 80% of the time.

I finally demanded an upper GI test, to see if it was a GERDY-thing. He obliged and signed the paper. I had it done (and it sucked) But it concluded that I had a hiatal hernia/other similar issue.

I looked up hiatal hernia, and it said avoid citric things.. So i decided to try "no tomato/tomato products, fruit, or carbonated beverage" diet.

Low and behold.. not a single chest pain since i started doing that.

I really hope this helps someone, because I was in so much pain for a long time.. because of TOMATOES -_-
