scout316 Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: Aurora,IL,USA Posts: 643	upper spine pain with acid reflux? I have acid reflux,but only sometimes cough up that nasty bitter stuff.... think I have whats called silent reflux mostly which causes that shuddering feeling in my chest...once I cough that junk up it goes away.Larely I have a dull,gnawing pain kind of on spine towards upper back...could this be from the acid reflux?anyone have this too?It kind of feels like I want to vomit too when I have that pain....thanks
