LPR solution - sleep on left side

I would call it miracle, but wouldn't as people immediately think fraud
This is apparently scientific and published, but not well known as I had not heard it in last few years of my suffering.

Prilosec helps me, but dont want to take it forever.
Excercise makes it worse, but I cant stop exercising.

I always sleep on right side, then read somewhere to sleep on left.
First time since few months, I didnt feel throat burning when woke up in morning.

Just wanted to share this, to help others, do try this, it worked for me.
Scientific reason apparently is that position prevents esophagus sphincter to relax.

Re: LPR solution - sleep on left side

I've tried it but it didn't help, in fact my LPR seems worse. Also, when I sleep on my left side no nose gets blocked and I breathe through my mouth, which makes my throat worse.

Yes, its not all in one solution... I also do 'moving meditation' to calm down. Normal meditation is not easy, moving med makes the mind busy.
Also for nose I am using breatheRight strips, no medicine in it ! I had trouble with it too for some time, as my nose is highly sensitive and I start sneezing. But it's helping more than harming.

I'm using those strips now and they really help. I have far less sore throats and dry mouths.
