Everyone is different. My trigger foods are caffeine, acidic and carbonated beverages, citrus, tomatoes, greasy foods, and spicy foods. Are you taking anything for this? I currently take Prevacid 15mg once daily and this keeps it at bay usually. Also my throat would really bother me (I never got the traditional heartburn symptoms like the burning chest; mine was a cool burning sensation at the bottom of my throat the would leave it really red and raw) so Slippery Elm, hot Chamomile Tea would help soothe this.
