Shocking Conclusion about diphenhydramine

I've been reading about this stuff and low stomach acid induced reflux/gerd.
Not only is the low stomach acid cause misdiagnosed by Dr.'s but me, my x roommate, my dad all have these symptoms and diphenhydramine(from sleep pm asprin) cause low histamine levels in the body. And your body cannot make stomach acid without histamine. So I think, think, think, my stomach looked healthy when my gastro did the endoscopy two weeks ago, and there was no damage to the tissue via the lab testing because my complete lack of stomach acid is very very very potentially tied to my past using diphendydromine too much to help itching skin/sleep problems for about 4 years and low histamine problems in my body. *I'm going to try adding more hitamine supportive foods and taking much higher doses of niacin, as there a big tie to niacine helping histamine levels! Bananas, and watermelon, and strawberries BTW, as well as gamy meat are all very high in histamines.
