I am new to this so I have some questions:

1. Does Acid reflux cause some larger movements than normal. I have had some constipation from the meds but I have also had some emptying movements.

2. This morning I work up with a little more issues than normal. I think it was because I ate some food cooked in olive oil that I would normally not due yesterday. It was more of an indigestion feeling then reflux in the throat, I was burping up some of the food. Is it ok to take Zegride and a Zertec with in an hour of each other?

3. Pepto, when you have some gurgling in you belly is it ok to take pepto at the same time as these other med?

You can take Zantac, which is ranitidine and Zegrid, which is a proton pump inhibitor with an antacid, together. I take rantidine and a PPI and an antacid practically every day.

If I take Zantac, it makes me a bit constipated.

Don't take pepto with your drugs. Wait at least half an hour. This is because the pepto can stop your stomach from absorbing the drugs.
