Which food will cause less reflux?

I have silent reflux so I am not sure what foods cause my reflux.

I am going to have a cheat day next week where I stop my anti reflux diet.

Which is likely to cause less reflux?

Hashbrowns or pancakes with syrup.

My guess is pancakes since they are not as greasy.

There are some lists that you can find online of foods that you should avoid. You will want to stay away from coffee, chocolate and red sauces for sure. Anything greasy is a real bad idea. It is a daily thing that you just have to test out and maybe keep a journal of how you feel when you eat certain things. I have been dealing with this for years. It will be ok. Good luck and take care!

I think it's different for all of us. I can't eat chocolate or have caffeine or alcohol. I can eat tomatoes, onions and garlic. Good luck.
