I've slept on an incline for over 6 years now. I always have a bit of slipping. I find my biggest challenge is that my blankets tend to slide down as well. I end up quite cold when I wake up some days.
I'd certainly make sure you aren't sleeping on satin sheets. Other than that, I don't have a lot of advice.
How high are your cement blocks? I have my bed propped up about 5-6 inches.
