I read on the internet someone's advice they received from their doctor a home remedy for under the skin acne or cysts .... the annoying type that don't have a head on them. This is a clever way to help get a white head on those clogged swollen pores....

Take a shot glass or juice glass, something relatively small, put water in it and warm it up in the microwave. Don't heat it to the point of boiling as you will place the glass on your head and you don't want to burn yourself! I warmed a shotglass to the point that I could still hold the glass but it was very warm. After heating, empty out the water and place the open end of your glass over your clogged pore. Hold it tightly against your head making sure the rim of the glass isn't letting any air escape. As the glass cools it will act as a vacuum on your skin. I guess this triggers all the nastys in your clogged pore to come to the surface. Once the glass is cool (I found it took about 5 minutes), then you can remove it. You should hear that suction pop when you do. Do this with plenty of time before you go anywhere because you will have a temporary circle mark from the sucking. Anyway I did this on a clogged pore that didn't have a head and within 15 minutes after doing the above I had a head that I could squeeze and move onto the healing phase.
