The bacteria on our skin

The bacteria on our skin.
how our skin defends itself against bacteria

i always try to find out a logical reason for things . When i was 28 i had acne again .
And quite a lot . I have met like scientists , that know the humans body-being since long
ago , told me there are several reasons that can lead to skin problems or acne .
When they told me the reasons i was a bit surprise choked and even felt a bit shame .
sometimes we think we make things right , we think we are clean people , but in fact
we just don’t do it enough .
I was surprised by the number of what i thought was little mistakes , that in fact can
lead to skin issues .
What i thought was little mistakes , was in fact seriously damaging my skin , acne
red marks , skin getting older too quick .

the mistakes that can damaged , injured the skin .

The most important . The shower , the daily bacteria level lower to zero .
Every day their are bacteria in the air , and we sweat . One day bacteria amount ,
it’s the maximum amount our body can manage . more than one day bacteria and
they will be consequences for our skin .

Shower every day once using soap , and wearing clean underwear’s every day ,
then once a day this shower lower the bacteria level to zero .

The bacteria coming from the fingers surface :
Sometimes during the day i was a bit stressed and i put a finger in my mouth to bite
the nail .
Thousands of bacteria come into your mouth when you do that . When you have too
many bacteria coming into your body , your body reacts producing spots pimples .

scratching ourselves our skin , consequences :
Sometimes often nervously , i was touching my face , with my finger . the same ,
thousands of bacteria that were on my fingers were moving to my face .
Better not touching often your face skin or other parts with your finger .
Even worse i was often nervously scratching my skin , my arms , or my belly , it was
itching a bit , i thought , it was quite normal to scratch it’s own arm or belly . fatal
error .

That makes like ditches . that cut the thin protection layer at the surface of our skin .
That thin layer is a protection against bacteria .
Each time we scratch ourselves , this thin layer get destroyed . The body , the
metabolism must work to repair it . Must use our energy . That can make us tired
also .
And when you scratch yourself too much , too often , the body can’t repair it
properly , and this bacteria mixing with our flesh open , then ugly pimples will grow
at the surface of our skin .
scratching 5 second a day nothing will happen . It’s not that fragile .
But one minute , like ten times a day . And we will have pimples or red splash
around our marks on our skin .

Then one wash machine a week containing our clothes for the week and our
7 underwear’s ( vests and boxer shorts ) .

Sweeping the flour once a day , moping up the flour once a week .
The air outside , around us , contains bacteria .
Every day the amount of bacteria multiplied .
every day you sweep once your flatflour , and once a week you mop up your flat’s
flour with washing powder. Then your bacteria amount level to zero once a day .
And nothing will happen to your skin

if you don’t , then the bacteria level in your room will multiplied every day . let’s say
2 days , two amounts
3 days , three amounts
That’s attack your skin
You will not look like frankenstein .But Your skin will get older quicker . You will not
keep a baby face , a young skin , if often you wait three days before
sweeping the ground And that makes the acne getting worse .
