Unfortunately, you don't
know what you're doing to your body. As you've seen, there have been no other studies (but one) that supports B5 as a treatment for acne, and there have been NO studies that examine the long-term effects on the body.
Now you're feeling hyper, then lethargic?? Scary stuff.
