Post anyone had a chemical burn before?
About five days ago I did something really stupid and put Murad acne spot treatment over Obagi clear..... after a while it started stinging me like crazy..I washed it off to find that there must of been some sort of chemcial reaction and my skin looked blood red...my skin is getting a little bit better.... has anyone ever done anything as stupid as me and if so, how long did it take for your burns to heal and did they leave a scar...... I am so sick of my acne..... I am 35 years old and never had acne in my life until now!! I am currently on doxycycline and have been for the past two weeks..... not much help so far..... can some one please help!!

I did this last month with Murad acne spot treatment,only It did the burn all by itself.I had patches of reddish brown around my nose.With the help of a little Azelaic Acid Its almost gone now.I know how you feel.I am 39 and have never had acne this bad.It had always been pretty mild in the past.

After useing Neutrogena PoreRefineing Mask, I put CleanClear invisible blemish treatment gel on the acen a week ago. I had the same experience as your. Ive been told Vitamine E oil can help and I tried it . It works.
