ok...1st post everyone WOOHOO!!! i have just a basic pimple problem, nothing to serious, but ive tried clearasil and that didnt do anything and regular soap...what is a good thing to clear it up quickly and keep it clear...also...i noticed i have blackheads all over my nose...is there a thing to get of them to...or something to pull them out...i cant say how long theve been there cause i dont know....but if you know or whatever let me know...thanks a bunch!!!!

See a dermatologist. He/she can prescribe you a topical ointment that is of higher strength than OTC medications.

For the blackheads on your nose ,you can go to the drugstore and get a product called biore if i can remember the name correctly.There called pore strips.There are also other brands i believe,another one might be ponds.Its hard for me to remember because i saw it advetised on tv ,and i wasnt really paying attention because i dont have that problem.Just go to the drugstore and look in the acne section you should find it there.
