What's the best brand of B5 to get? I hear powder form is the best...
Is Acnemiracle brand the best?
I'm thinking of starting on 5 g of B5/day...

Cmon peeps! I know a lot of you take B5 religiously...
well i'm not sure which is the best but i just bought the evolution-x b5, because they have the other b supplements included with the b5 so you don't have to take a b complex multivitamin, while also taking all those b5 pills.
I've only tried two brands but the second seems a lot more effective and is a lot cheaper. I live in the UK and I bought a few bottles of Viridian's B5 which contained only B5. Then I decided there must be cheaper and I ordered Evolution-X's B5 pills over the internet. These are cheaper and contain a lot more added ingredients (as Trev says) that have supposedly been found to assist the B5 in its work. Try this brand.
I wanted to try powder form 'cos I figured it might somehow spread around better (that's the extent of my biological knowledge ). I did take apart one of the capsules to take the powder out and popped it in my mouth like sherbert powder. The taste is revolting. I don't recommend it

i also been using evolutionX...i'm curious as to how this brand of b5 is working for you?
im almost done with my first bottle of evolution-x and my face is worse... =(

Now worked for me, as well as vitamin shoppe (cheapest), twinlab, even gnc worked for me. Vitamine shoppe was the best though because it was the cheapest I could find without using the net. 300 pills for 17.00usd.

geez man...think.
i had one break open when it was halfway down my throat. i couldn't stop coughing for an hour. not because the pill was stuck...but because of the b5. i ended up puking the b5 and the pill back up because i was coughing so violently. and then i had the taste of the powder in my mouth for the rest of the day.
just a thought before anyone else tries to take b5 powder straight down.
