i know that not all people get acne from eating refined suger and other acne causing foods (obviously!!), but does that mean that all people that do have acne will get oilyer skin/more pimples from eating these types of foods? does everyone produce more oil when they eat refined suger?
sugar and especially starchy foods make a difference in my breakouts. When I eat healthy, raw, natural/ unprocessed foods my skin becomes totally clear in about 5 days of eating like that, and I would say my acne goes from mild to moderate. BUT... that way of eating is my key to clear skin, question is... do we have the willpower to change our eating habits? many dont.
