So do you guys think water actually helps the skin, or is that just a myth?

Water helps everything in your body, it gives your skin moisture and I believe it helps it yes, water does help... drinking a lot of water wont clear you... but it wont hurt

Water is the #1 detoxifier you can put in your body. It cleanses the liver so the liver can deal with the problems in your body instead of your skin. It isnt a myth. Drinking water does 'wonders' for your skin in this respect, detoxification.

Good luck! I drink nothing but water and Aloe vera Juice now. I stay away from milk nowadays and so far so good.

theres a lot of reports on dairy breaking people out.. I think it may have something to do with all the stuff thats in milk, like steroids and hormones and such... so most people with acne tend to stay away from it.
