I was a little anxious about eating a cooked meal.My diet since september is raw foods only. Anyway i wolfed down 2 helpings of everything except i skipped desert. Normally i would have 2 or 3 cysts after a meal like that but amazingly only 1 slight red spot which was gone the next day! I feel like i'm in charge of my acne. I know the raw food i eat daily will not cause acne and now i can enjoy the holiday meals without fear of a major breakout

Can you please explain a little more about the connection between cooked foods and acne?
SOmetimes I get large under-the-skin bumps on my forehead. They look like someone has hit me or something but I know they are a form of acne. I wonder if they are "cysts." I know it sounds crazy but I swear I get them a few days after I eat lunch meat! Does that make sense?
hamer, i eat 3 avocodos 3 tomatos 3 cucumbers with balsamic vinegar and olive oil as a salad thru out the day. 3 bananas 4 raw egg yolks and brazil nuts both forprotein. lots of macadamia nuts in the shell for fat. 1/2gal of fresh squeezed orange juice i add olive oil to the juice to maintain blood sugar levels. No veggies
jersey, cooking damages the amino acids so the lymph system carries these out to the skin these amino acids attract water. this water builds up and pinches the sebum canals trapping the sebum causing acne. it can take up to a week after the meal for this to happen but for me it's always 2 days later. this is the basic idea
