Thumbs up Re: Backne

Wash your back with head and shoulders shampoo. The acne on my back was really bad and within days of using this it cleared up almost completely. I'm just left with a lot of red marks.

Re: Backne

I get breakouts on my back every so often. I hear the head & shoulders method works really well, though I have never tried it. Try scrubbing (gently) with pHisoderm Clear Confidence Face wash & a back brush... leave it on for about a minute then wash it off. I have tried alot of stuff and its the only thing that has kept my back totally clear.

Good Luck!

Re: Backne

I also use head and shoulders shampoo...when my bacne really became a problem I used it every day. Now I just use it 2 consecutive days every 2-3 weeks, and that seems to do it for me. Oh, and I stopped scratching at it, and that helped quite a bit too.

Re: Backne

Hi Hollister,

I have used Salac for over 10 years and it works wonders. Depending on where you live, I have found it over the counter at Drug Emporium. If you cannot find it on the grocery store shelves, then all you have to do is order if from the pharmacy. No prescription needed. Also, get the wash. They have a foam kind but I like the wash the best and use it with a back brush when taking a shower each morning. Also works well for chest, neck, etc.

Re: Backne

I actually buy the trial size for 99cents.... so i guess it's probably classic clean. Then I just use my regular conditioner. The 99cent bottle actually lasts about a week, and with the infrequency I need it these days, it's perfect- takes up less space and money.
